Not all conflict is bad. Unresolved conflict however can quickly derail an entire business or team. This gritty workshop looks at the differences in individual hardwiring to help uncover why two people can look at the same situation and see two very different things, then provide a pathway for productive communication.​

Managing Capacity

Everyone has 24 hours in their day. It's impossible to get more of less time. While time is important, it can only be managed to a certain extent, but you can govern your energy. This innovative workshop looks at the various ways we can manage our energy capacity and increase our productivity. ​
